🎓 Digital Courses & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, including:
- Online training courses
- Downloadable virtual machines
- Software installation files
- Licenses and activation keys
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded, accessed, or activated.
However, if you encounter any technical issues preventing access to your purchased content, please contact us at contact@industrailsoft.com. We are happy to help resolve the issue.
💻 Software Licensing & Virtual Machines
- Once a license or virtual machine is delivered or activated, no refund will be issued.
- If the product is not working as described, and you’ve contacted our support team within 3 days of purchase, we may offer a fix or replacement.
📦 Return of Physical Products
Currently, we do not sell physical products. If this changes in the future, we will update our return policy accordingly.
🔁 Exceptions / Special Cases
We may issue refunds in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate purchase
- Non-delivery of product due to system failure
